JOB VACANCY
Position: Ship Operations Supervisor

PT. Mulia Investama Sejahtera is opening an opportunity for qualified candidates to join our team as a Ship Operations Supervisor, with placement in Morowali.

Qualifications:

• Male

• Work experience in a PBM company (Stevedoring/Loading & Unloading Company) is preferred

• Experience as a Foreman / Operations Supervisor is an advantage

• Understanding of ship operations, loading/unloading, and port activities

• Able to calculate and monitor ship fuel usage

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Possess an active Seaman Book and Certificates

• Willing to work in the field and be stationed in Morowali

• Ready to start immediately

• Salary IDR 4,500,000 – 6,500,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
